* If an item is placed on a weekend or holidays, the shipping process may differentiate and could take longer than our normal process. 



Return Process


We are so sorry Rosebuds that you have to return your item, but do not worry we will try to make this easy for you! Please make sure you keep your original receipt when returning your item back to us. This will make it faster for us and make the process more efficient. You have up to thirty days to return your items with the new/unworn items with their tag still intact. If we have noticed that the item has been damaged or worn, this can result in a refusal of a refund or partial credit. This also applies to accessory items.

Each customer is responsible for returning us the item within thirty days. We suggest to our Rosebuds to keep a tracking number for the item so you can confirm that it has been delivered back into our hands. Please email us at with any concerns as seen in below



If you need to change, modify or cancel your order - please email us on what type of modification you need to make, and your order number. Price differences can take a few business days to shown on your bank statement.



If you have received a damaged item, email us and provide photos of the damaged items. After reviewing, we will contact you for our following procedure. 


For any reason the item was not placed at your doorstep and was sent back due to undeliverable address or other circumstances, we will send out an email with the circumstance that has occurred. It will then be your responsibility to fix the matter (the correct address, etc) - If we do not hear back from you after seven days, the items will not be sent out and will be considered nonrefundable. 


To all my Rosebuds, please note that if an item is stickered to the final sale on your item, it will be considered final and cannot be returned back to us. Please also note if you have picked a sale item, it may be returned to us but for only for store credit. 

If the item is returned and notice any worn, stain, odor, etc., the refund will not be accepted. 


Please be aware that items may not seem the exact color that it looks on the website. This is not to betray an olive green is going to be ordered as lime green but note with photography lighting/editing may seem to be a different color. If you are unsatisfied by the color, please reach out to us.
